Mild Palacios Chorizo (7.9 oz/240 g) - The flavor of distinctive smoked paprika sets Spanish chorizo apart from all other sausages. Made from a generations-old recipe by a family-owned company in La Rioja, this juicy pork sausage is seasoned with Pimentón de La Vera, sweet smoked paprika. It is fully dry-cured and ready to eat.
Hot Palacios Chorizo (7.9 oz/240 g) - Spicier than its mild counterpart, this dry-cured sausage will give taste buds a little kick. Seasoned with picante-smoked paprika, it is mildly hot, but not blazing. Also known for its deep smoky flavor, this chorizo gets along well with sharp cheeses and white wine.
Iberico Longaniza Chorizo Sausage (7 oz/200 g) - Made from pork of the famed black-hoofed Ibérico pig and seasoned with smoky paprika from western Spain, the Ibérico chorizo sausage is deep red in color with a complex meaty taste. It is marbled with flavorful fats that start to melt at room temperature. Slice thinly and serve with fresh bread and a glass of red Spanish wine.
Iberico Longaniza Salchichón Sausage (7 oz/200 g) - Unlike its feisty brother Ibérico chorizo, salchichón sausages are simply seasoned with sea salt and black pepper, inviting the pure flavor of the pork to take center stage with every bite. Hung to cure in the cool mountain air of Salamanca for several weeks, this sausage is made from pork of the black-hoofed Ibérico.
Soria Chorizo Sausage by Peregrino (1 lb/450 g) - Savor the smoky, garlicky flavor of this palatable slicing sausage. A La Tienda favorite, Soria chorizo is made using thick cuts of free-range pork, creating a leaner, meaty sausage, and then seasoned with smoked paprika (Pimentón de La Vera), sea salt, garlic and other spices.
