These cod croquettes are all natural and combine flaky bacalao salted cod with whole milk, flour, eggs, garlic and olive oil for a rich, delicious tapa.
Our bacalao croquetas are handmade and then frozen, ready to be cooked at a moment's notice. Simply cook the frozen croquettes in at least 2 inches of oil preheated to 375 degrees for 3 to 5 minutes. Let them sit on a paper towel for a minute or two and they are ready to be served.
Package weighs 2 lbs and contains about 26 pieces, keep frozen until ready to cook.
