They are perfect for sandwiches or served with soups or salads. We like to simply cut them open, add some slices of jamón and some extra virgin olive oil to make a classic Spanish bocadillo!
In Sevilla, these baguettes are formed from all natural ingredients and baked to just-before done, then flash frozen. All you need to do is add them to a pre-heated oven and bake for four minutes.
PanSur is run by the Pineda Rivera family, and still follows the tradition of grandfather Carlos, who opened a bakery in downtown Sevilla over 60 years ago.

"First time ordering these; all of La Tienda par-baked breads, as is this one, are so awesome. These are smaller-sized, narrow loaves, great individual size (or sliced in half to stretch it further). Bakes in only FOUR minutes, so it's easy and fast to make for any weeknight meal...don't save these just for 'special' occasions. Crispy outside, light and fluffy inside...addictive!"
