Handmade by local women in Oikina, a village in the Basque country, our croquettes are individually made by Yurrita with only the very best all-natural ingredients. The filling is made with fresh milk delivered daily from a local creamery and the olive oil used is always extra virgin. Made with 15% bacalao, these are probably better than any croquetas you'll find anywhere, even in tapas bars in Spain!

It couldn't be easier to enjoy this delicious Spanish tapa at home. Using a deep fryer or a pan filled with at least 2 inches of oil preheated to 375 degrees, cook in small batches for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove the croquetas to a serving plate with a slotted spoon and serve immediately.

Keep frozen until ready to cook.
