Torrefacto Coffee from Spain
Good coffee is ubiquitous in Spain. Every restaurant and bar serves rich, full flavored coffee fresh from the espresso machine. Whether it be a 'cafe con leche', 'cortado' or 'cafe solo', having a cup once or twice a day is a Spanish ritual.
The secret to Spanish coffee is the Torrefacto process of roasting. About 20 percent of the beans are glazed with sugar during roasting.
