Palacios is one of the only companies to bring true Spanish sausages to the U.S. Currently we offer their chorizo sausage and 'lomo embuchado' cured pork loins. Palacios chorizos are cured with paprika, salt and garlic, with NO NITRATES OR NITRITES added to the recipe. Enjoy chorizo the way it should be!
