Cecina - León-style Cured Beef
Cecina is a delicious cured beef typical of the region of León in northwest
Spain. This tender, flavorful meat has a mild saltiness and is often cold
smoked over oak wood. Sadly, it is not possible to import cecina from
Spain. But we are thrilled to offer this authentic version from the
countryside of Patagonia, Chile! Free-range beef is cured in small batches
by an artisan family company who follow the curing traditions of León. The
result is among the best cecina we have ever tried, and a La Tienda
