Cecina - León-style Cured Beef
Cecina is a delicious cured beef typical of the region of León in northwest Spain. This tender, flavorful meat has a mild saltiness and is cold smoked over oak wood. While it is not possible to import cecina from Spain, we collaborated with a local cure-house to create our own premium cecina. Humanely raised beef is cured in small batches by an artisan family company who follow the curing traditions of León. The result is among the best cecina we have ever tried, and a La Tienda exclusive.
